you to the right way of practicing meditation and yoga.

We all have worries and stress and the only way we can
successfully combat this state of mind is by dealing with it as
often as we have time for it. However, don’t make excuses for
not practicing meditation and yoga but, make time at least
three times a week and indulge in some time for your own well
being.
